  • Risk Management: Managing risk by diversification and careful calculation. The ability to think logically and rationally is crucial in this line of work and I have managed to achieve a reasonable return with acceptable amount of risk.
  • On-the-spot Decision Making: In order to have successful investments, making decisions within split-seconds with high level of logic and reasoning is very important. This rigorous process of training to become more flexible helps me with customer service and complaint management.
  • Networking: Connecting with other people and making a good impression within seconds of introducing myself to them has been vital in my pursuit of deeper level of networking. I believe this will diminish the distance between myself and the customers in order for them to have a more seamless experience.

  • Customer Service: Serving with respect and being sensitive about the needs are of vital importance. Being able to read customers and respond appropriately is what I have perfected over time.
  • Time Management: Being able to calmly deal with different demands both from customers and other colleagues required me to be able to prioritise the tasks and finish them with top-notch quality.
  • Teamwork: Coordinating between baristas, the kitchen, and the front counter staff. The skill of working in a team is essential. Effective interpersonal skills enabled me to establish great relationships with both customers and my colleagues.
Academic Team Scholar

    This position required me to provide academic advice, support, and tutorial to students residing in my college and liaising with academics from the university to provide opportunities for students to meet in person with the people on the edge of research.
  • Leadership: As part of the leadership team, we needed to take initiatives to organise events, establish and maintain relationships between the college and the personnel around the university.
  • Problem Solving: Being the dedicated tech-support, innovative and effective solutions needed to be found for the problems raised by the residents within very short periods of time. The feedback was dominated by positive remarks on my professionalism and ability to handle various problems.
  • Complaint Management: Resolve complaints received from the residents in a professional manner, and report directly to my supervisor if needed with high efficiency.
